- Send cooperation requirements to the franchisor by email as requested 

FRANCHISEE

- Assess proficiency of the party who wants to receive the franchise

- Have a full right to refuse to provide franchise services (if deemed unsuitable or after consulting the partner's proficiency)

- Provide professional franchising services with suitable partners and according to standard franchise agreements by current law in Viet Nam
